Manual: add FAQs

Some questions arise frequently. To make it easier for users (and for us) a collection of frequently asked questions with answers in the manual would be handy.
Examples:
- Why is it not possible to add custom types with free text entry fields (like it is possible with number and value types)
- How to enter professions

Some points why there are no free text custom types offered:
It is a design decision, this feature would give to much freedom to enter unstructured data. In the end it would just be another comment field and we already have one, where data couldn't be processed in an automatic or analytic way. How to solve the issue if this need arises has to be looked at on a case to case base but it should be possible to enter information in a more structured way.
