Description
Is there a way to import references? They're currently not included in the list of available import fields.
Update: import is now also possible for
- Tracker changed from Question to Feature
- Category set to Data import/export
- Status changed from New to Acknowledged
- Target version set to 7.7.0
It should be possible but I'm not sure if we get it into this release so I put it into the next to be save.
This would be a useful feature and thank you for reporting.

I implemented import for bibliographies and editions. I didn't implement import for external references because it would be more work because of additional needed validations. In case you need them too I would kindly ask you to create a new issue for that.
In case you want to use this feature before the next release you could try the develop branch where it is already included.

- Target version changed from 7.7.0 to 7.6.0
The new import features were just now released with the version 7.6.0.
So there is no need to switch to the develop version anymore in case you want to use them because it is already in the main branch.
