Description

For various functionalities we want the site to be configurable as per the users wishes, e.g. custom Logo (#1397), different page layouts, ...
To make this possible without needing to create new projects/repositories entirely, we can try an approach through a config file, containing the relevant information. Thus enabling us to adapt the project more easily.

In order to make this work we should try implementing this early on, with some functionality, so that it can grow with the project and we can try whether or not it works early on.
