Add markdown to fields like description or content

Description

I think would ve interesting to get some formatting in fields like description or content (like description in redmine). But in controlled/reduced funcionality. I mean:
  • bold
  • italic
  • underline
  • crossed out
  • code in line
  • list without order
  • ordered list
  • pre
  • code in paragraph
Implementation could be with a plugin of bootstrap, like:

Because we received similar requests before I added the question about text formatting to the FAQ section in the manual.
It can already be seen at the demo-dev version: https://demo-dev.openatlas.eu/static/manual/faq.html (last topic).
Basically it is a design decision to not use formatted text to guarantee data interoperability as long as possible.

But nevertheless thank you for your suggestion and feedback, these are always welcome.
