External reference does no longer provide the default precision.

Can confirm, if a precision match was chosen for a reference system, it is not automatically prefilled in the entity creation/edit form.

It is fixed in develop and will be included in the release which is planed to be in the next days.
Thank you for reporting, the external reference systems default is quite handy for the projects workflows.
