Place: no link button for existing actors
Description
On the detailed view of Places, it is possible to create new Actors (+Person, +Group) but it is not to Link the Place to an existing Actor. Button [Link] is missing.

I changed the issue from bug to question because in this case it is intended.
Reason for this is because an actor can have many different relations to a place, it could be the residence, location of birth/death, subject of an acquisition and so on.
For convenience there is a "+ Person" and "+ Group" button where the user interface "guesses" that a "has residence" relation is meant but it is still possible to change it in the form and the new actor can be created nevertheless, see e.g. https://demo.openatlas.eu/insert/person/2936.
It would be much more complicate to offer a "link" button because of the many possibilities mentioned above.
But thank you for reporting and the feedback, because this was asked before we will add this to the FAQ section in the manual (#2047).
