API: Add place types to LPF

Description
Place types (Administrative unit and Historical place) are not represented in the LPF or LOUD output, because they are linked to the location and not to the place itself. For an easier usage in presentation sites, it would be beneficial to add place types.

Added place types to Linked Places Format "types", since there is no valid relation between E18>P89>E53.
LOUD will not include that, because the relation is not valid. GeoJSON and GeoJSON-v2 doesn't use any links, therefore it is also not included here.
