openIIIF viewer integration
Description
Like in the OpenAtlas backend we would want an IIIF client available for the presentation sites.

Will this eventually replace the image view as mentioned in #1931 ?

In the first step IIIF functionality will be optional. So we can't use it to replace other functionality for now.
This might happen at some point, e.g. like with thumbnail generation, but not for now.

I added to the new develop version the IIIF manifest link and the mimetype to depictions for the Linked Places format. So you just have to pass this URL to a potential viewer. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me anytime.
