IIIF: Check for orphaned files

Description
Ability to check (and delete) orphaned IIIF files.
Implementation:- At the admin orphan check functions it is now also checked for orphaned IIIF files (if IIIF is enabled and has an own path)
- A delete button for each file is offered if the user group is at least editor
