Description
As noted in the last user research meeting, the description field should be bigger.
Although the description field height can be adjusted by the user it's an extra step that may can be avoided.

I raised the description field rows from 2 to 5 hoping this to be sufficient for most cases.
It is already implemented in the develop branch and online at demo-dev and THANADOS to try it out.
- Target version changed from 8.7.0 to 8.6.0
