OpenAtlas

Right now, if I want to import project data linked to specific literature, I have to import the literature first, get all OpenAtlas IDs of the literature and write it manually in my CSV for e.g. places.
If it is possible, to link references via the origin ID, this would save a lot of time, because data can be generated in one go.

For this, a new optional field would be needed, e.g. references_origin_id, which works like references but only searches for origin IDs within the current project. If duplicates happen, that the OpenAtlas ID has to be used.
