Text annotation: widget translations

Description
We will need widget translations for labels and messages.
Maybe like a default is present in the standalone widget which can be overridden with passed variables.

As discussed today with Olivia and Katharina we will try to make the (standalone) widget multi language supported, most likely with additional language files (JSON).
