API: Problems with linked_to_ids at Network visualisation

Description
Both /ego_network_visualisation/{entityId} and /network_visualisation/ have problems when linked_to_ids and exclude_system_classes are entered at the same time. (node IDs missing)
Additionally, /ego_network_visualisation/{entityId} has problems, when a place is connected to the entity (no result)

Fixed problem in ego network. Now going for network.
Fixed the problem with linked_to_id in ego network. But the problem, that the place is not displayed occurs, because E53 never has a case study attached to it, so the connection to the place is lost.
