Description
Since the terminology of the bone inventory will be first published in vocabs, I open this ticket to track process and important information.
Nina is writing everything in a doc and Bernhard will convert this into a machine-readable file, preferable in a skosmos ttl like in the vocabs-main repo
Things to note:
- It better to use skos:broader than only skos:narrow
- prefLabel for Latin, en and de
- maybe skos:notation for things like T06 - Processus articularis superior sin. (So T06 is a notation and the text is Latin)
Update
Thanks to @Massimiliano Carloni we now have a staging instance for testing (but only accessible with an account)
- Project changed from 69 to OpenAtlas
- Target version set to 8.15.0
- Status changed from Assigned to In Progress
In the process.
There are some small issues left within the list, which Nina will handle.
One larger issue is, e.g.:
Os metacarpale 1 (MC1) dex. (First metacarpal bone right, rechter erster Mittelhandknochen;
is parsed to
"label_la": "Os metacarpale 1",
"label_en": "MC1) dex. (First metacarpal bone right",
"label_de": "rechter erster Mittelhandknochen",
because of the () around MC1.
Resolved issue and send .ttl to vocabs team to test data.
- Assignee changed from Bernhard Koschiček-Krombholz to Massimiliano Carloni
- Target version changed from 8.15.0 to 9.2.0
- Description updated (diff)
- Target version changed from 9.2.0 to 9.1.0
- Subject changed from Vocabs Bone Inventory to Vocabs Bone Vocabulary
I managed to import the newest version of the vocabulary in OpenAtlas. So it works!
The only downside is that it takes quite a long time, because I had to put a sleep(0.2) for each request, otherwise the ACDH server will abort the connection.
- Target version changed from 9.1.0 to 9.2.0
