Description
After deciding to use the #2505 (Custom place hierarchies) for the Welterbe project we need to restructure existing data like discussed in yesterdays meeting:
- Add custom place hierarchy "Kataster"
- Change existing places to hierarchically place hierarchy entities
- Merge existing features and artifacts to places
- Remove respective place types
- Merge respective feature and artifact types to place types
- Test everything and once looking ok upload online to be tested by others too
