Description
It is now possible to create custom place hierarchies.
The former default ones: administrative units and historical places are not installed anymore for new instances because they weren't necessarily useful for every project, especially since no geolocation can be added. These will still work for existing projects but can now be removed if not needed.

Custom place hierarchies are implemented in the develop branch, can be tested at the demo-dev and the manual was updated accordingly.
