It is now possible to create custom place hierarchies. The former default ones: *administrative units* administrative units and *historical places* are not installed anymore for new instances because they weren't necessarily historical places aren't that useful for every project, some projects especially since no geolocation can be added. These will We still work want to keep them for existing projects historical reasons but change them into custom place hierarchies which aren't created at new installs. Advantages would be that older project data is still valid but for new project the place form is more compact. It also has the benefit that place hierarchies can now be removed added and customized by users if not needed.
