Description

Since we want to use the jQuery tree plugin we have to update the JQuery libraries.

This means we can't use packages anymore and have to add them to repository. The adavantage is we can use newer libraries the disadvantage will be more time consuming manually updates of jQuery libraries.

All javascript files are now include in the repository, no javascript packages are used anymore.
