Actor, Event & Place --- first date used for end date

Description

If no end date is given, the first date is displayed in the Place table (http://openatlas-dev.craws.net/admin/place)

To be exactly: the second part of the first date is used for the last date.
e.g.: Benin (http://openatlas-dev.craws.net/admin/place/view/id/355) is first mentioned between 1001 and 1300.
The Place table shows the First date as 1001 and the Last date as 1300.

(Is that intentional?)
