Description
Refactor entity types and link types:
- get all types in sql select as array for every entity/link
- get first and last in sql for every entity/link
- Target version changed from 2.2.0 to 2.3.0

Better performance at place index (50%) but unfortunately not much at other views. At least massive code clean up and removed many sql queries from loops.
