Description
Idea: Create an embedded manual for OpenAtlas
Workflow: 1st: Conference with Stefan, Berni, Alex and Mihailo for brainstorming on concept, work-packages and further development (of the manual).
Date: Depending on further funding for IT-Developments

Using Redmine Wiki as first step because its easier to collaborate there.

Restructered and cleaned up documentation. Added a basic manual, there is room for improvement but it's a lot of work and maybe others like to participate.
The documentation in the application (with Sphynx) will be a separate ticket after we have more content available.
For now there is a link in the application (Manual) leading to the Redmine documentation.
