Check function for dates and circular dependencies

Description
Dates entered via the userinterface are checked anyway but in case of e.g. imports from other projects implement a check for valid date combinations, e.g. begin not after end.
If it turns out to take long maybe offer an option to run data consistency checks individually (instead all at once like now).
Also added a circular dependencies check (links to itself)
