Description
in addition to creating polygones and points, users should be able to create line shapes
- add appropriate button
- devise way to display lines on map
see draw.js, map.js && place.py
write to gis_lines in template
- Status changed from Assigned to In Progress

Taking over ticket to finish backend stuff
- Subject changed from Add Polyline while creating a new shape on map to Line drawing in map
- Status changed from In Progress to Closed
