This release was mostly about improvements in the API.

• Add file license links for IIIF Manifest (#2297)
• Wrong search operators in OpenAPI file (#2317)
• Missing places in network endpoint (#2321)

• The additional Python package python3-validators is needed
• Proxies (if needed) are now configured via the PROXIES setting
