Features¶

• #2369: Text annotation widget
  • Olivia presented the widget prototype which was well received
  • Requested changes includes to change the "description" label to "comment" and provide a text area instead of a line input
• #2390: Provide more hints about usage at sources
  • It was agreed to provide mouse over hints for tabs with something like "mentioned in the source"
  • Also the issue #1064: (Restructure UI for historical sources) was put on the roadmap again
• #1233: API: External Authentication
  • Bernhard gave an update and explained how it might work
  • We also wait for input of Christoph who sadly wasn't able to join the meeting

• Nice coffee near ACDH-CH for spontaneous meetings (make a list to try out) -> Cafe Prückel, Paremi
• Add a page for publications at https://openatlas.eu?
• Join data of OpenAtlas demo versions -> Alex will do it. We also should make a demo version with self-descriptive entities, e.g. I'm an Person and I have a sibling named XXX.
• Possible develop cooperation with TerraLID
• OpenAtlas workshop in 2025
• Usage of Administrative units
