Administrative¶
- Move OpenAtlas to ACDH-CH infrastructure (URL remains the same so there should be no noticeable difference) ✅
- Setting up a presentation site. What should be the URL? -> Bernd will think of a nice URL and let us know
- Consent and information to list the cooperation on our website (https://openatlas.eu/cooperation) -> Yes and we will use the Welterbe logo
- Update/details about participation at CHNT -> New submission deadline is 6. June which should be possible
Topics in the meeting¶
- Getting a file overview, e.g. at artifact detail view -> Activate "Show icons in tables" at the profile
- How to filter entities which have to be checked, are for public display, ... -> We created a new type for that
How to continue¶
- The OpenAtlas instance will be moved to the ACDH-CH infrastructure (most likely in the next 2 weeks)
- Once an URL for the presentation site is provided, we will set one up
- Shown data will be filtert with a newly created special type
- If possible, we will schedule our next meeting live in Vienna, where we can show/discuss
