Overlay maps: not enabled if Geonames disabled

Description
Sonja found a possible bug:
Even though map overlay is activated in the profile the overlay maps are not shown when GeoNames is not selected in the profile.
Only when both options are set TRUE map overlays work
- Category set to Maps
- Status changed from New to Closed
- Assignee set to Alexander Watzinger
- Target version set to 5.0.0
- Found in version changed from 5.0.0 to 4.1.0
It was a bug, there was a wrong query that tested for Geonames instead overlay module.
Good catch and thank you for reporting, fixed in 4.2.0
- Subject changed from Map Overlay not enabled when Geonames FALSE to Overlay maps: not enabled if Geonames disabled
