Resizeable form elements vanish below map
Added by Nina Richards over 4 years ago.
Updated over 4 years ago.
Description
I keep having a problem with the map when enlarging the field for putting in information. The map does not get small when I make the entry field bigger and overlays that field (see screenshot). It makes putting in information difficult sometimes.

Thank you Nina for reporting and especially the informative screenshot. There was a second ticket with identical content and a bigger file which I deleted and hope that's ok.
@ Christoph: assigning to you as our frontend expert. I'll guess its about z-layers. Please fix in develop branch (which is used by Thanados), thank you.

Tested and works, thanks Nina for reporting and Christoph for fixing. Will be released with 5.2.0 in a few days.
Re-opening.
Although solving the reported problem, the solution to add "position: absolute;" to the description field has nasty side effects. One of them is that the buttons from the toolbar below are beginning to "swim" around (see screenshot).
In case this can't be fixed before the release coming week we will have to revert this because the new bug is affecting all forms.
@ Christoph: FYI, I removed your fix from the development version to show off the new manual which has a lot of links in forms.
I now moved the positioning fix to a declaration for textareas only (so it won't affect other description class elements) and defined the height of the textareas label cell (so the toolbar has the right position, at least initially)
when the textarea is resized to the bottom, it will still cover the submit button. this can be resolved with a JS snippet (as proposed here) but I'd like to avoid it. please take a look if the current resolution is sufficient.

I would say this is good enough for now, a flexible user interface will be an ongoing task anyway. Thanks for fixing, will be released with 5.2.0
