Forward upon failed form validation

Description
when provoquing a failed form validation (ie leaving the name field empty) and submitting a form with "insert and continue" one gets forwarded to various pages
- actor / reference / object --> fwd to search form
- place --> fwd to insert form
expected behaviour: no fwd/submit action but "jquery validate":
not sure if this is expected behaviour or a real bug.

fixed client side, submission of invalid formdata prevented, erroneous page forward should probably still be investigated
