when provoquing a failed form validation (ie leaving the name field empty) and submitting a form with "insert and continue" one gets forwarded to various pages

• actor / reference / object --> fwd to search form
• place --> fwd to insert form

expected behaviour: no fwd/submit action but "jquery validate":

not sure if this is expected behaviour or a real bug.
