Map bug when deleting polygons

Description
A complete rewrite of the map functions is necessary.
Among other things Berni noticed it's not possible to save a centerpoint after deleting a polygon or linestring:
- if I edit a place with a polygone or a linestring and I delete one of these geometries, I can not create a new centerpoint.
- if I delete a polygone and create a linestring in the same instance, I get the error "An invalid geometry was entered" after saving.

Update
At the current state it doesn't seem feasible spending hours to track down individual issues with the map application, instead it looks like it should be rewritten from scratch. This would take resources that aren't available right now so we will make an exception (with a heavy heart) to our no bug policy and postpone solving this until more resources are available.

Because a complete rewrite of the map functions is necessary but won't happen in the near future because of lacking frontend developer capacities I changed this into a wishlist feature.
