Can confirm. In fact I noticed that behavior with the new forms before and was hoping it didn't bother user, guess I was wrong ;)
Thanks for reporting and we will look into it, it's a little complicated so it may take some time.

I think I figured out how to fix this.
@ @Nina Richards: Can you please test it at Thanados (don't forget to refresh site) and set the Status of this issue to Closed if it works as expected, otherwise please note it here.
