Error at inserting an administrative unit

I see transaction error when I create a new administrative unit at place types.

It turned out to be a template bug that produced the wrong link specified in the description.
It's fixed now and already online. So when you go to the type overview (maybe reload the site to be sure, e.g. in Firefox with F5) and click on the + button it should now work for administrative units too.

I fixed it and made a 7.0.4 release, the new version is already online.
Thank you for posting the link, it helped finding the bug because it was wrongly created by the application. I than removed it from the description to avoid somebody using it.
I also added some tests to prevent this specific bug in future versions.
