Value type with subtype error

Description
When accessing the entity site of a value type that has a subtype an error is shown.
For example when I create new value type X and then create a subtype Y. Then when clicking on X to see the details and error is shown.
- Status changed from New to Assigned
- Assignee set to Alexander Watzinger
- Found in version changed from 7.1.0 to 7.0.2

- Subject changed from Value Type with Subtype error to Value type with subtype error
- Target version set to 7.0.3
When adding a new subtype there were created too many links. It is fixed in 7.0.3 and develop version.
I included a 7.0.3.sql file to delete possible wrong links created via this bug. It's also include in 7.1.0.sql (develop version) so you can skip the 7.0.3.sql in case you run that later anyway.
