Display partners and their logos
Description
As requested we will add project partners logos and link them like we have them on the OpenAtlas website see: https://openatlas.eu/projects
Logos can be found at: https://github.com/craws/OpenAtlas-Website/tree/main/openatlas_website/static/images/institutes
Links and full names: https://github.com/craws/OpenAtlas-Website/blob/main/openatlas_website/data/institute.py
In case you want to add more please provide the full institute names, links and logos in this issue.

David wondered if we should also add an Open Atlas logo. Does this seem appropriate? If so, hopefully you can provide the right details? If not, do let us know how you'd suggest we reflect the relationship on the presentation site.

This feature is already online. Logos are displayed in the footer, linked to the specific sites and on mouse over you can see the full institute name.
Don't forget to force refresh the browser (in Firefox done with ctrl + F5) to see the changes.
