Remove links to empty CONNEC presentation site pages

Description
At the checks after the new Year release I noticed that at the CONNEC presentation sites to pages (linked in the main menu) have no content:
Not sure when or how this happened and I'm aware that this doesn't really belong into this sub project, so once fixed it can be removed from the roadmap (empty target version),
I'll look into it, I assume something broke during the site generation for the new release. Would it be alright if I tackle this after #1939 ? Or does this have priority?
So far no one complained but "User Guide" is the first menu item and it's not good to see an empty page there so I would give this a higher priority.
As far as I know this is a custom frontend (see on GitHub) branched from the former OpenAtlasDiscovery.
After some research it seems that we never got content for these 2 pages so I would propose to just remove the 2 links (from start page menu and footer) until we receive something.
I guess this wouldn't take too long? And let me know if I can help in any way.

I'm aware that this was just a minor issue that wasn't even caused from our side.
But it just bothers me when the first menu item on one of our hosted websites won't show anything so thanks a lot for fixing it so quickly.
Makes sense, I'm glad we were able to resolve it this fast!
