Add external references to references

Description
It would make tracking citations easier if it were possible to add external references systems to the reference input form. As of today, this is not possible.

Added "systems" to "external references" for better understanding.
Additionally, files would also be good to be added to external reference systems.

I put it on the roadmap in the hope that it can be done easily but we will have to look into it.
