Documentation for dates in model

Description
Since we are changing the date mechanism in verion 3.13.0 it is a good oppertunity to start a current model/concept page with a link at model and concepts
It should be explained how we save the links in the database with fields in model.entity and model.links:
- begin_from
- begin_to
- begin_comment
- end_from
- end_to
- end_comment
And also described how it could be expanded to a CIDOC CRM conform mapping.

- Target version changed from 3.13.0 to 3.16.0
Would have been nice to have the date documentation with the release where we changed the date model but moving this ticket to next version to not block the 3.13.0 release.

Did a first version. Will add further mapping paths when I come across more examples
