User information¶
- Which project is worked on currently
-> ENCHANT - What is liked/disliked
-> Overall impression seemed positive
-> Dates at source were deemed unsatisfactory: it turned out that a value type workaround was used to add dates and than suggested/showed that using connected artifacts would be a more preferable solution - Ideas for improvement (e.g. improved dashboard for quicker navigation to their tasks)
-> Sadly we run out of time so postponed it for a later meeting - Are there known bugs, if yes what prevented reporting
-> Only one was reported and we created an issue for it: #2348
Concluding remarks¶
- Thanks a lot to Samvel for taking the time for an user research interview
- It was very productive and informative. Sadly, we run out of time after 2 hours but there will most certainly be a follow up meeting.
- One issue that became apparent was the use of notes. They are not part of model and we may should communicate that more clearly -> #2349
A very useful feature to use instead for annotations is already planned: #2079 Text annotation
