  • Which project is worked on currently -> ENCHANT
  • What is liked/disliked -> Likes the user friendliness, no dislikes
  • What is the workflow when questions or problems arise (manual, Redmine, mail, colleagues, ...) -> manual and than asking colleagues
  • Are there known bugs, if yes what prevented reporting -> Was aware of one bug but it was fixed already at time of interview (#2348)
  • Are they feel included in the development process -> Not until the user interview

Feedback and additional observations

  • Because of the Arabic text sources there is a need for being able to write right to left. So we created an issue for that (#2388)
  • Some issues about the use of sources became apparent. Most of them could be solved by adding an artifact. We may should provide more hints about it in the UI (#2390)

Concluding remarks

  • Thanks a lot to András for taking the time for an user research interview.
  • It was very productive and informative.
  • There will be a follow up meeting.about data entry for the ENCHANT team.
