Restructure UI for historical sources

Description
Due to the increasing complexity and additional features regarding written sources and their interconnections we need to reorganise the respective UI.

As discussed yesterday with Stefan we really should restructure the UI for historical sources.
Because this issue was neglected for some time I moved it from the wishlist to the "end" of the actual roadmap and assigned it to Stefan who already has some ideas for it.
The draft is a little outdated (e.g. there is no information carrier anymore) but I also put this issue on the agenda of the next developer meeting so we can discuss it together.
