Assigning this issue to Michaela for conceptual preparation.
Nina already started a page about the bone inventory, see Bone_inventory and I would kindly ask to compare this to your own model. In case yours is more detailed we would use the more detailed one.

Thanks! The inventory is exactly as we use it too so we can go ahead with it.

This is great and thank you for the feedback. Next step would be to define what kind of information should than be possible to add to the individual parts which are listed in the Bone inventory.

Hello,
I hope you had a good time in Leeds!
Attached is the inventorial and pathological information we need to evaluate for each of the bone types. For the pathologies it varies a bit between different bone types. I hope it's clear.
Best,
Michaela

I've also uploaded the Excel sheet the FemCare project uses as bone inventory. All bones in the sheet should be covered in the OpenAtlas bone inventory as well (if possible) to facilitate upload.

Today Nina and I discussed the look/functionality of the views.
Last thing needed for beginning implementation would be to mark the "headings" at categories which we want to use as sub screens. These subdivisions will be used to keep the forms manageable for data entry.

Thanks a lot Nina for the documentation.
I began with the SQL preparation in the branch feature/them_bones, and took the issue away from Nina ;)

Although I will continue working on the implementation I assigned this issue to Nina for now to work out which classification we will use.
Once we clarified that, it can be assigned back to me.

I removed the prototype from the demo-dev version to not get into the way of our usual workflow.
The former hierarchy is still available in the wiki: categories. But we have decided to create a new one consisting of parts of existing ones anyway, so this is just there for historical reasons.
