Description
In the received specification a contact form was requested. For various reasons we won't implement sending of emails through the site (security reasons, loosing the ability to move/copy the sites quickly elsewhere, ...).
Our suggestion would be to provide email addresses with a "mailto" link (when clicked opens client email application and automatically fills in the recipient).
As this was requested per case study/author: could you provide us these email addresses?
Another option would be to provide a general contact email and you than forward emails internally. This would be more advantageous because emails of multiple individuals may change more often.
I'm happy for queries to come to my email address at: victoria.leonard@outlook.com. As this is my personal email address I shouldn't lose access to it, and I am happy to forward any queries to Becca and Alice if they come in. I don't anticipate that we will have a lot of queries in any case.
Like discussed in the meeting today:
We suggested to display the whole team with email addresses on the contact page but also provide a general contact email address.

I'm in the process of checking open issues at the end of the year.
This one is open for quite some time. Do you still plan to add email contacts or can we close it?
Can we retain the current system (e.g. with contact details on the bottom bar of the website, that we can edit ourselves via admin tools) and close this ticket?
This issue hasn't been resolved on our side but it's a lower priority than many of the others, and I believe this is the oral commitment we agreed with you as a back-up.
