Update CIDOC CRM to 7.1.3

Description

As discussed in the last developer meeting:
Currently we are using 7.1.2 but Version 7.1.3 seemed to be the latest one available, see: https://cidoc-crm.org/versions-of-the-cidoc-crm.

Assigning to Stefan kindly asking to check:
  • If this is the latest stable release (with RDFS available) we want to use
  • If we need adaptions
  • If it includes interesting changes for our purpose

After that the issue can be assigned to me (Alex) for importing the new version.
This issue also serves as an indicator how well we are doing with CIDOC CRM updates and how much effort it takes.

I do not think that there are any differences to 7.1.2 that would affect us. However 7.1.3. is "more" official than 7.1.2 and will be the base for the ISO standard and therefore be a better choice to be used.
