Description

CIDOC CRM was updated from 7.1.2 to current stable version 7.1.3 (see: https://cidoc-crm.org/versions-of-the-cidoc-crm).

There don't seem to be relevant changes for our purpose in the model but quite a few added/updated translations.
It was still a good idea to update our model to the new CIDOC CRM version just to be safe to not miss any recent changes when further develop/extend OpenAtlas.
