Description
Making some features optional in the profile to not clutter the user interface. We begin with an additional module option for archeological sub units.
If deactivated available information will still be visible but form fields and buttons won't show up anymore. E.g. features of a place will still be visible but buttons for adding won't show up. In case there are no features connected to a place the tab won't be shown at all.
Also it's possible to set default options for new user in the admin area.
New values (global default for new users and user specific)
- module_geonames
- module_map_overlay
- module_notes
- module_sub_units

A suggestion from my side would be to allow for displaying/hiding certain selectable value types and custom types per user. This would make the UI in a multi user environment more customizable for individual needs.
@ Stefan: configurable type display sounds like a very useful feature. It would be great if you add a new issue for this because it isn't quite in the scope of modules.
